About Me
As Coordinator of Alumni Relations, I process gifts and tailor acknowledgement letters, input and update data and profile information, generate queries and mailing lists, research alumni, generate database reports, assist with events, and accommodate alumni and donor requisites. Additionally, I generate annual honor roll and prepare listing for online posting, draft emails and schedule deployments, generate scholarship notification letters, generate annual endowment reports, generate annual scholarship and awards solicitation letters, generate event invitations and mailing lists, and participate in scholarship and aware committee meetings. Uploading documentation to our databases for acknowledgment letters, scholarship notification letters, pledge documentation, endowment reports, fund agreements, and maintaining the department's email account are also large aspects of my role.
